The Best Time Of Year To Buy Site Build It!

Special SiteSell Promotion

Are you familiar with Site Build It!? It's an all-in-one hosting, site-building, and online-success-making system that can possibly change a life. SiteSell, the manufacturer, actually guarantees online success if you follow the proven system.

Here's a short video that explains the product...

SiteSell Videotour

Over 100,000 customers have already used it to create real online businesses that let them work-from-home or wherever they want (it's a Web based system). They've got plenty of testimonials to prove it too. Take a look at their Case Studies page...
SiteSell Case Studies

Or this page of videos that were actually done by their customers...
I Love SBI

But the best news of all is...

It's the absolute best time of the year to buy Site Build It!. They have a Holiday Special going on where you can buy-one-site and get-one-free. It ends up being about $150 per site.

I know what you're saying. Why do I need more than one site?

You don't! You can always give the other one away as a New Year's gift. Or sell it. Or find a friend who wants a great deal too.

But you might want to keep it. Did you know that the majority of people making a full-time living online have more than one site. You just might double your pleasure... and income.

And did I mention they guarantee your success. Yup! You can get your money-back if you don't feel that it will help you build a successful online business. There's really no risk involved.

But once you understand their process you'll be hooked.

Most people think that all you need is hosting and site-builder software to make a Web site. That's technically true. But getting people to find that Web site is the key to building a long-term business that actually makes real money. Without traffic your site will be lost in the wilderness.

Their system helps you build a site that people are looking for. There C-T-P-M system teaches you how to create a site that's in-demand. Once you have traffic then you can choose many ways to turn that traffic into revenue. Here's a page that explains their proven process...
The Proven C--T--P--M Process

Doesn't it just make sense?

But I don't know anything about the Internet you say. Or HTML. I'm no computer geek, you say.

Can you send e-mail? Have you used a word processor? Then you can build a Site Build It! site. It's really a simple process that is doable by anyone. All you need is the motivation and commitment to follow the process.

If you can't do that then Site Build It! is not for you. It's not "Get Rich Quick." There's really no such thing. But if you have the motivation and a little brains you CAN do it.

After all your success is guaranteed. What have you got to lose.

Here's where you can go to read about that guarantee...
Order SiteSell Today!!!

And maybe use that Buy-One Get-One-Free Special to start a whole new life.

But hurry. That offer ends at midnight January 4th.

To Your Success!!!

Is Article Writing And Marketing The Same Thing?

If you think this is a strange question, it's not. A lot of people think that article writing and article marketing are the same thing. They are not. Sure, there is a relationship between the two, but not as much as you might think. No, you don't even have to write articles to be an article marketer. Confused? Don't worry. After you are done reading this article, your confusion will be a thing of the past.

Let's start out with article writing, which has nothing to do with marketing. Article writing is the actual process of writing an article. It does not take into consideration any end result other than the education of the reader. That education can come in the form of giving them facts, making them laugh, making them cry or just about any other emotion. Your only goal as an article writer is for the reader to get whatever it is they're supposed to get out of the article...period. That means, what YOU want is totally irrelevant.

Okay, what about article marketing? That is a totally different animal and, if we're going to be honest here, totally self serving. After all, when it comes to article marketing, the only purpose of the article is to get the reader to go to YOUR web page to either sign up for your list, buy your product, click on your Adsense or CPA link or whatever it is you have there that's been put there for the sole purpose of making YOU money. And guess what? You don't even need to write one article to accomplish this.

If you're sitting there right now scratching your head wondering how this can be, think about it. Go to Ezine Articles and look at the top authors. Do you really think what's his name wrote over 15,000 articles? A lot of these authors outsource their work. They hire people to write on various subjects and then submit the articles with links to THEIR web pages. There is no way humanly possible for somebody to write 15,000 articles in a few years.

My point is simple. Don't confuse article writing with article marketing. If you're going to article market and don't plan on outsourcing, better learn how to write. And yes, you do have to write an article that the reader is going to want to read, meaning it has to help them in some way. The key is not giving them so much information that they don't need to go to your site. That's where the article marketing smarts come in.

Did you know that most people go about article marketing totally wrong...

In a big hurry to get their articles online, they either cut and paste a bunch of random stuff together... or they spend good money on an alleged "writer" only to get barely readable garbage full of spelling and grammar errors...

Simply being at the top of the Google results DOES NOT guarantee success for your articles...

The articles still have to be interesting, well- written, and relevant to what the reader is looking for... Otherwise you're wasting their time and your article will do your business more harm than good.

If you have the right tools, all this is simple & easier than babysitting a bunch of incompetent writers, and MUCH more effective and profitable for your business

The only problem with writing articles is that it takes a HUGE amount of time to write all those articles... and unless you LOVE writing more than anything else in the world, it's quickly going to become a giant energy suck on your time, dragging you down into a pit of total burnout... (when you could be watching America's Got Talent on TV or cliping your toenails)

If only there was a way to automate this vitally important but really boring task...

WELL, NOW THERE WILL BE!

And believe me, it's not the usual crap we see with empty promises...

Is Your Home Business A House Of Cards?

We all like to think that our home businesses are as solid as a rock. But what about yours? Is it REALLY as solid as you think it is or is it just a house of cards?

It's difficult for us to realistically look at our business model and determine if it's solid or not. That's where this article comes in. It's going to force you to take a good hard and long look at your business model. Hopefully, by the time you're done doing that, you'll have a pretty good idea of whether or not it's solid or a heartbeat away from crumbling to the ground.

The best way to do this is with an example. Do you remember the Made For Adsense sites of the early part of this decade? Marketers were making a killing with them, if you recall. Then what happened? Google decided that all these crappy sites (and yes, they were crappy) were worthless and put an end to them. They got removed from the SEs and all of the income dried up overnight. I won't even get into how many people lost their Adsense accounts. Many home business owners never recovered from this.

Okay, let's take a good hard look at this model. What was the one thing that it depended on? It depended on Google's Adsense program...a third party site. In this case, the marketer had no control over the program itself, in particular, the TOS of that program.

If Google changed the rules, which they did, it could have adversely affected the income of each home business owner...which it did. In fact, these changes in policy may have been the biggest disaster in terms of adverse effects on home business owners in the history of earning on the Internet, maybe next to Ebay banning the sale of digital products...another business killer.

Do you see where I am going with this? I know it's hard to predict the future, but you need to look at your business model and see how much of it is within YOUR control and how much of it is being controlled by a site like Google or Ebay? If the answer is more is being controlled by other sites, then you have a business model that is a house of cards waiting to fall down around you.

Once you recognize this, you can then take steps to correct the problem...even if that means you need to come up with a whole new business model.

Of course you can always just hope and pray for the best.

The Relationship With Your List

I really hate cliches. One of the worst ones in the Internet marketing business is, "The money is in the list." This couldn't be farther from the truth.

The money is in the relationship that you have with your list
.

A list that is abused is not going to be responsive and is not going to make you much money, if any at all. Okay, so how do we get that key relationship with our list that ensures that we make sales on a consistent basis? This article will show you how.

Probably the first and most important thing is to make sure that the list you're building is going to have a chance to be responsive to your offer. That comes with pre-qualifying them. How do we do this? It's actually quite simple. On the opt in page that we send them to, simply make it crystal clear as to what they will be receiving once on your list. If it's a free report, tell them exactly what's in it. If it's a newsletter, tell them what they'll be receiving in it and how often they'll be emailed. You don't want there to be any surprises for your prospect after they've signed up.

After you've done that, the next step is to actually follow through with your promises. Too many marketers make empty promises and never follow through with them. This is a perfect way to kill your list. So if you say you're going to send them a weekly newsletter, make sure it goes out every week? Don't email them everyday if you said they'll only hear from you once a week. That's flat out deception and your list will turn on you for it.

Go the extra mile. Send out an email to your list asking them what they'd like to see added. Maybe they have some suggestions for improvement. Listen to what your list has to say to you. If enough people ask for information on a certain topic, give it to them...even if it means you have to do some extra research. Give them surprise freebies once in a while. Make them feel special. If you have a blog with an important entry that you think will be of benefit to them, send a link to it.

Ultimately, you want your list to trust you. If you give them lots of free and useful content and treat them with respect, you'll find that you've built a list that will be responsive for a long time to come.

To YOUR Success,
Pete

What's More Important...Demand Or Competition?

This battle will probably go on until the Internet itself burns out like a super nova. What's more important when it comes to picking a niche? Is it the amount of demand for that niche or is it how much competition you're up against? This post is going to try to answer this as objectively as possible. I have no doubt that you will find this fascinating reading.

Let's take a hypothetical example. Let's say that you had a product that could make people fly just by popping a pill. Now, let's suppose that the demand for this product really wasn't that great at all. I mean, how many people would REALLY want to be able to fly on their own? Okay, so demand is very low. However, if you were to go to the Internet to see how many competing sites there were, you'd find that there were absolutely none for the keyword phrase "pill that allows you to fly". With no competition, how many sales do you think you would make? You'd make a sale to everybody who wanted to be able to fly by taking a pill.

Okay, the above example is totally ludicrous but I think you get the point. If the competition is low enough, even if the demand isn't that great, by having a corner on the market, or close to it, you can make quite a few sales. That's why many marketers go after what they call, long tail keywords. These are phrases that don't get many searches each month but have so little competition in the SERPs that the sales are sufficient enough to make going after those phrases worth while.

Having said that, what if you were going after a keyword phrase that had one million competing sites or more? Well, if that keyword phrase got 300,000 searches a month, there is no question that the market is there. The question is, can you take advantage of it? While this may not be as easy as cashing in on the niche with no competition, it can be done. With a little work on SEO, some intense article marketing and even some PPC promotion, you CAN get your piece of the pie. See, with a market that big, no one person can possibly dominate it. Even Google only has a 50% market share as far as people who use their search engine.

So the answer I'm going to give you is this. Depending on how much demand and how little competition, either can be the indicator you want to go off of. Little demand but low competition, go for it. High competition but amazing demand, go for it.

Either way, you really can't lose.

To YOUR Success,

The Pros And Cons Of Clickbank

Clickbank has been taking a heck of a beating lately. Marketers are complaining about low sales, high refunds and an unresponsive customer service department. Many have threatened to jump ship. Some have, but many hang in there. So what's the real deal with Clickbank? Is it as bad as people say it is? Is it no longer worth selling Clickbank products? Is it better to sell your own product through an in house affiliate program? Lots of questions, but so far...no answers. Well, in this article, I'm going to try to give you some answers.

Let's first go over what's right with Clickbank. If you're a product vendor, hosting your product with Clickbank means that you get free exposure in their marketplace and you don't have to worry about paying your affiliates yourself. Clickbank does all the affiliate tracking for you, thus saving you a lot of bookkeeping and hours of time paying affiliates. As a vendor, this may be the biggest advantage to using Clickbank.

But what about as an affiliate? Are there any real advantages to promoting a Clickbank product as opposed to some other product? Well, there's brand recognition. Love 'em or hate 'em, Clickbank is a recognized name and a lot of potential customers trust purchasing products with the Clickbank seal of approval on it, especially since all these products come with the mandatory 60 day guarantee.

Also, the Clickbank marketplace, the way it's laid out and with the stats provided, make it very easy to identify "good" products to sell, meaning products that convert well. This is great for affiliates who don't want to spend countless hours looking for something worth their time.

However, Clickbank is not without its downside. For vendors, your product only gets listed in the marketplace beyond the first month IF you make at least one sale in each subsequent month. After that, the product falls off the pages. In addition to that, there are so many products, unless yours is a hot seller, the chance of an affiliate finding it is slim to none. So getting affiliates is not as easy as some would think.

Then of course there is that liberal refund policy. A customer can get a refund for no reason at all. And because many people know this, they will take advantage of that policy. This is especially true in the make money online niche.

Add to this the problem of having to get at least five sales from five different people using at least two types of credit cards, and for some people, vendors and affiliates alike, it can take some time before they ever see a dime from their efforts as PayPal purchases don't count.

So as you can see, Clickbank is not a bed of roses. It has its good and bad. Ultimately, you have to decide if the good outweighs the bad.

To YOUR Success!

Cashing In On Google Trends

For those of you who aren't aware of this, Google Trends is one of the most popular sites online, especially for Internet marketers. If used correctly, it can bring you a quick income on a daily basis with very little work involved. This article is going to briefly go over what Google Trends is and a simple process for monetizing it with little or even no expense.

Google Trends is a site that list the top 100 most searched terms for a specific time period, usually updated every hour, though I have seen it go several hours before being updated. When news about a celebrity death breaks out, these phrases usually jump to the top of the chart quickly. Some, like in the case of Michael Jackson, stay there for a long time. The trend is usually designated as volcanic, on fire, medium or mild. But how do we actually take advantage of these trends?

You will find that the key to taking advantage of these trends is finding one that has a product tied to it. For example, whenever a new Xbox game is released. You can easily sell the game itself or even an Xbox system. Most of these physical items can be sold through the Amazon affiliate program. Some trends tie to items that have some pretty hefty price tags.

You can also monetize these trends by using Adsense. If you can find a trend that is interesting enough that people will want to read about it, even if there is no product to sell, related Adsense ads places strategically on your site can bring enough clicks in a day to actually earn the Adsense minimum for payout in just a few hours depending on how hot the trend really is.

Probably the best way to take advantage of these trends is to put up a related blog, making sure that the keywords are included and then bookmarking that blog at sites like Digg. This will bring a good number of visitors especially if there are not a lot of competing sites for that trend. Some trends have under 1,000 sites competing for that phrase.

It's a great way to make a quick buck and, if you use Blogger blogs, won't cost you a cent.

That's one money making system that's hard to beat. Give it a try sometime. You might be surprised at the results.

To YOUR Success!

Does The Blog Platform You Choose Matter?

A question I get asked a lot is if it matters what blog platform you use. Most people are referring to either Blogger or WordPress. This is certainly a reasonable question and the honest answer is yes, it does matter. It matters a great deal. The content you put on your blog is certainly going to be the ultimate decider of how successful your blog is, but there are some things you should know about Blogger and WordPress before you even get started.

Let's take WordPress as hosted on the WordPress domain itself. You have to be VERY careful about using their domain. WordPress is TOTALLY against marketing of any kind using their blogs. If you are promoting any kind of products, they WILL shut you down. Oh yeah, it might take a while for them to find you (one marketer was operating for years before being shut down) but eventually they will find you. So, if you're going to use a blog for commercial purposes, don't use WordPress on their domain. Instead, get your own hosting and your own domain. Installation is easy.

Aside from that, what really is the difference between WordPress and Blogger? Well, WordPress has more plugins to optimize the blog itself, especially for SEO purposes. With the proper plugins, your WordPress blog can be a real search engine powerhouse. Of course, as I said, the content is ultimately going to make the difference. Blogger doesn't have as many tools however, Blogger has one advantage that WordPress doesn't have. See, Blogger is owned by Google which just happens to be the biggest search engine on the planet. So yes, as you can probably guess, Google favors Blogger blogs.

In all honesty, it probably doesn't matter which blog platform you use as long as your blog has good content. Good content will override any limitations that the blog itself might have.

Conversely, no matter how great the blog platform is and no matter how optimized you make it, if the content is poor or scraped from other sites, you're not going to get the rankings that you're looking for.

WordPress or Blogger? The differences are minor in comparison to what goes on them. The key is understanding that it's the content, and not the platform, that's going to make your blog a success or a flop. So make your choice (either one will work) and make that blog the best one that it can be.

To YOUR Success,
Pete

Making Money Online On A Shoestring Budget

A lot of people say to me things like, "I need to make money online but I don't have any money to spend. What can I do?" Well, while it certainly helps to have money to invest in your business, there are things you can do to make money online where you don't have to invest a cent. That's right...not one red cent. In this article, I'm going to give you a few ideas to get you going.

At the top of the list is freelancing. If you have any skill at all, such as writing, programming or graphic design, there are people out there who actually need your skill. What you take for granted, many people will pay dearly for. So what you need to do is take stock of your skills and do a little research to see if there is a demand for them. Best place to go is Elance where most of the freelancers hang out. Plus, this is where quite a few people go to look for jobs to be done. It won't cost you a cent and can make you a pretty penny in the process.

Another thing you can do is affiliate marketing. And no, you don't need money to market a product as an affiliate. As a matter of fact, you don't even need your own web site. Can't afford Adwords? Don't need it. All you need to do is go to the Clickbank marketplace and find a product to sell. Ask the creator for a review copy. Tell them you're a marketer. This works best outside of the make money niche. After reviewing the product, put your review up on a free Blogger blog. Then, simply drive traffic to it through writing a few articles and submitting them to directories. Again, this won't cost you one cent.

Finally, you can participate in online focus groups. These are a little tough to find but they pay outrageously well. Just go to Google and look up "focus groups." You'll find sites where you can register and then, when a focus group starts up, you'll be notified if you're selected. The amount of money you can make from some of these is indecent. There are some that pay four figures for just a few weeks of work. And again, this won't cost you one red cent.

Point is, you don't need money to make money online. That is a nasty rumor started by some Internet marketer who is just after your hard earned money.

No need to hand it over quite that fast.

To YOUR Success,
Pete

Can You Really Make Money With Twitter?

Everybody jumps on all the latest fads. Twitter is no exception. So naturally, whenever somebody new comes along, they're going to ask the same question everybody else asks..."Can you REALLY make money with Twitter?" Well, the answer is yes. However, having said that, if you're going to be successful using Twitter, you want to make sure you're not doing what most of the clueless Internet marketers out there are doing. This article will give the details.

For starters, if you're going to head on over to Twitter with the intention of spamming the heck out of the place, you can forget about it. If enough people report you (and they will) your account will be deleted so fast it'll make your head spin. The key to being successful with Twitter is by actually participating in the community. Now isn't that a novel concept. By participate I mean talk about yourself and what you're doing with your life. Share information that might help others.

One way to do that, if you have your own blog, is to make them aware of when you've posted a new article on that blog. Maybe you have a free report on the subject you're an expert on. Why not offer it to your Twitter followers? If you find out about a piece of news from somewhere on the Internet, share the link with them. Go out of your way to actually contribute to the community. What you'll find out is that your followers will grow in great numbers just by word of mouth.

Of course, to help this along, publish your Twitter profile wherever you can...on your blog and any forums where you attend. The Warrior Forum is a great place to start. You can setup your Twitter profile right in the member options. If you write articles and submit them to Ezine Articles, they have an option where each time an article of yours is published, it will be broadcast to all your Twitter followers.

Ultimately, what all this is going to do is build up your reputation. Once that reputation is built, you will find that the trust you've gained will get you quite a few sales if you plan your promotions carefully. You don't want to promote more than you contribute. That's the key.

How long Twitter will actually last is anybody's guess. But for now, Twitter can be quite profitable if you use it correctly.

Here is my Twitter profile http://www.twitter.com/PeteBelanger
